Went to Hanlees Fairfield Nissan for a transmission flush and also got a brake fluid flush at the same time. Rachel Berube was very helpful and professional with assisting me. Not my first time at this establishment and in all likelihood, won't be my last.
I don’t trust their service. After an oil change, ended up with more repairs. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle. No leaks. After taking it at Hanlees, major leak on boot axle. Per Google, I should pay about $350 but ended up paying for over $1,000. Then door open light appears on the panel. Just to check, they charged me $500. Nothing was fixed. She is the reason why we take our Nissan to Hanlee Nissan. We could get the car serviced at any Bay Area Nissan; but we continue to take the Nissan to Hanlee because of Rachel. She got our Nissan Ariya back on the road quickly after we needed the 360° cameras recalibrated following a passenger-side mirror replacement.
