She got our Nissan Ariya back on the road quickly after we needed the 360° cameras recalibrated following a passenger-side mirror replacement. The service was completed promptly, and the cost was much more reasonable than what other Nissan dealerships quoted us—some wanted nearly double for the same work. Rachel provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend Hanlees Fairfield Nissan for their honest pricing and professional service!
Took my car here for recalls. Ricardo went above and beyond during pickup. I was low on gas and my cars battery terminals were bad. Ricardo assisted in helping get me a ride to a gas station, get gas, and start my car. Above and beyond. Never had such an amazing experience at a dealership. The check engine light came on in my 2022 Altima. I called to make an appt. Rachel said to come right over and she’ll get my car checked out. Rachel had my car diagnosed and parts were ordered. She also noted that my car was needing a 45K service soon and she recommended doing that also. My car was done within 2 days, despite having to wait for parts. I thoroughly enjoy working with Rachel. She ensures that all Nissan customers are given first class service.

I’ve been to Nissan Fairfield for a couple of times now to get an oil change. The staff is always super friendly. Ricardo G helped me out last time. He showed me all the services that were due for my car and even though I declined all of them, Ricardo was still super helpful and professional. They have a nice waiting area with restrooms, snacks and drinks. The service was done in the estimate time and Ricardo even helped me with the setup so the car will remind me of the next oil change! Top service. Definitely recommend them!
